Pasta Time!!! I use a 1:1 ratio of semolina and eg Pasta Time!!! I use a 1:1 ratio of semolina and egg. 1 lb Semolina, 1 cup Eggs, ½ oz. Olive Oil, then knead baby knead for 15 minutes. Let it rest for a bit, 30 minutes, and then get ready to roll it out, cut to shape, and cook! It’s actually that simple. #freshpastalife #dailyposterchallenge
